Open & Straight
I had a chance to purchase a property through Jim in the middle of the COVID restriction. The experience was great. The conversations were open, straight and didn't had any issues which I was expecting during a lockdown. Will work with Jim again.

Nathan was fantastic!
Nathan was a Fantastic real estate agent to deal with. He was easy to contact, and punctual with all documents. He ensured the process went as calmly and quickly as could be managed, and assisted me where possible; including calming me down when I felt overwhelmed as a first time home purchaser. I highly recommend Nathan as a preferred agent!

Exactly what we needed
Nathan was very helpful and professional from the start but the best part was that he didn't chase or harass us like others we had spoken to. Of three agents we had value our property, Nathan was a long way ahead of the others due to his professionalism, helpfulness, flexibility and ease of communication. He was quick to reply to emails and text messages, and very encouraging throughout the process. Overall, we are very happy with Stockdale & Leggo and would likely go straight to this agency, and Nathan in particular, in the future.

A friendly and knowledgable salesman
Nathan always appeared to know what he was talking about, and was always prepared to give informative and detailed answers to any questions I had. I am very happy with the house I now own and am happy to keep it and live in it. He gave sound advice in regards to my purchase decision and was quite charismatic.
