Nathan was always approachable, whenever we wanted to discuss anything with him, he would make himself available. He has a friendly manor and is willing to listen to your point of view. Nathan was helpful in passing on comments from prospective buyers and improvements to the property that could make it more appealing. His knowledge of the market was spot on. We discussed a price range that was probable but the price he suggested as the likely selling price was what we finally settled on. Nathan was punctual and willing to fit in with times to meet that would suit us. Nathan explained the process and paperwork in a clear concise manor and we felt comfortable with our choice to use Nathan as our agent. Nathan provided ample opportunities to hold open days and always communicated promptly when it was over and what his impressions of the prospective buyers interest were. He would follow up promptly with prospective buyers to see if they required additional information or another viewing and would communicate these with us. Overall we were completely satisfied with the service Nathan provided and would not hesitate to recommend him to other people selling their house.
