Jim was excellent with his after purchase service he always returned call with the answers to my question, he also put me onto an excellent Convayancing company. With the Covid issue i was unable to get down to do final inspection so Jim was very helpful and did a video inspection for me at short notice. When i turned up to do the first inspection of the unit Jim gave me a folder with the Paper work and info on the property this was the first agent to do this and i had viewed a lot of properties.

Nathan has been there for me start to finish and everything in between! I used to live on the peninsula so getting down to Morwell to meet with tradies for quotes etc. was too far to commute and with work I had massive time constraints. He made himself available to take calls from the trades I had organised and made times with them so they could quote. He did it all with a smile and always answered my calls within the hour if he was busy with his other clients. He cares for both his purchasers and vendors. He listened to what I was after in a property and where, and after only visiting 2 houses with him, I had found the one that was just right. He is a brilliant agent, extremely personable. Over the last year and a half I have dealt with at least 15 agents in Morwell and he is the only one that just understood me. I highly recommend him if you are selling or buying in the Morwell area, you won’t be disappointed with his service.
