We were disappointed with things that happened on settlement day. For example we got one key so there were external doors we couldn't unlock and had to get locksmith at our expense, also the laundry taps were leaking so when we got the keys we also got a flood which we had to deal with at our own expense. Also we had a roller door on the garage which we had one remote that didn't work therefore had to get that repaired on the day also at our expense.
