Excellent communication and very easy going!
Darren was very good and quick with communication and helping me underatand certain things with buying a house, he was very thorough and helpful and made the process very easy and I'm very happy with my purchase and experience.

Such a stress free sale
From my first meeting with Darren it was clear he knew his stuff. He provided good advice in what work should be done to the property to increase it's sale appeal and helped facilitate the repairs through his trade contacts. He was in constant contact throughout the process keeping me updated on the outcome of each open home and further inspections and well exceeded my expectations! The property was only up for sale for a few weeks before it was under offer and subsequently sold at a price I am extremely happy with. I am one very happy seller!!

Marcus is a pure professional, who I found to be honest and trustworthy. He was always prompt in answering any questions I had, and always responded to my calls in a timely manner. His local knowledge of the area is great. Marcus has been extremely helpful, taking his time to answer or find answers to all my questions, from painters to schools. Darren was great to deal with & achieved a fantastic result for us selling our property .
Darren kept us up to date with the offers & how the open days went. He is very easy to talk to & displayed a high level of professionalism.I have not only sold houses with Darren but have also bought houses from him.whichever side of the fence we were on he always treated me with respect in all relations to the buying/selling of property. I would definitely use Darren again & also contact him just to ask his opinion on different Realestate issues as he is very knowledgeable in this area.
