Great Experience

Purchase of my new home to be in Norlane, Geelong
I met Seka Powell from Stockdale & Leggo Sth Narwon initially via a phone conversation we had. I was enquiring about a certain property to be reviewed 'site unseen'. I am in Metro Melbourne, with my new property in Regional Vic at that time with Covid restrictions, I was unable to travel and view. So relying on honestly & integrity from Seka and others to support my endeavours, Seka was all of what I needed to make a purchase decision. She was fair, she was supportive of the situation and for her vendor, the same. I had looked at quite a few properties via the internet with limited knowledge of market values, trends and actual location. Seka mentoned this property to me prior to property listing - to keep an eye out, which I did. With a few weeks passing the restrictions of travel lifted and I was subsequently able to view properties. Seka contacted me, set up on an Open for Inspection were I viewed, put an offer in, we negotiated and my subsequent offer achieved the sale. During the settlement period I asked to pick up the keys, the team were all accomidating so I could arrange for trades to inspect and quote me on some jobs to be done once the sale went through.
