Priced to tap into an affordable first-home market, it would also be an excellent final home/downsizer option. There is good space inside with importantly a separate dining area and the bedrooms are zoned off via a hallway. Unusually, it has two outdoor areas ideal for both entertaining and a garden area. Great space but not too much to handle. Would rent at $295 p.w also making this a top investment!
