It took 2 years, 3 agents, and 19 open houses for our house to sell. But it was worth the wait. We weren't told a top price then asked to drop the price to get them a sale. Our needs and reasons for sale were heard and understood. We were kept in the loop the whole time and could not be happier. As long as Phil stays in the industry, he has our business.

Phil was great . Honest reliable & very professional. We had our property on the market through a Agent for 5 months with mimimal movement. Matt was very helpful, prompt in correspondence and obliging when it came to short notice house inspections.
