After having unsuccessful agents from other real estates the dissapointment was short lived when phil continued to be pesistent to encourage us to go with him... after not even three months we had a interested buyer and house was sold there were a few setbacks on there behalf however phil always kept us informed by regular phone calls and reassurance. Phil took the time to understand my needs and particular requirements, not just with property selection, but also with settlement terms and access to the property (as I was beginning work in a new town). He took the time to communicate effectively and in a timely manner. Phil worked with me to select appropriate properties and suggested alternatives, taking a significant amount of time to arrange inspections that suited my requirements, travel plans and timelines. Nothing was too much hassle for Phil. He constantly met me outside of office hours to finalise contracts and liaised seamlessly with conveyancers and finance staff, negotiating access agreements so that I was able to move into my property before settlement. Phil suggested activities and groups that I as a new resident to town may be interested in to connect me to other people. Phil takes into account the buyer's needs and connects them with the property that they are looking for. He communicates quickly and goes above and beyond. Many agents didn't call back for 3 months! Highly recommended!
