I walked into Stockdale & Leggo Warrnambool Vic looking for an Estate Agent that would provide me with some confidence that my late Fathers' property sale that it would be handled with expertise and a depth of knowledge of the local area to ensure that the sale would be handled in a delicate and mature way. As soon as I met Justin, I felt comfortable with his manner and the assurance that he was able to look after the process for us. I felt he would look after the interests of our family of seven siblings in the process of the marketing and sale of the property. This in itself provided some challenges. It was not an easy process as the property was rather unusual in that it had a piece of everything, Vacant half acre, 3 bedroom house, Commercial shop with bakers oven and storage shed, a 2 bedroom portable unit and a large industrial shed, and smaller open shed. Justin provided guidance on how to market the property provided contact details of various photo providers and assessors for us to consider as part of the process..
