Excellent interaction with Jackie from start to successful sale within 2 weeks.
Jackie is an excellent Real Estate Agent, keeps her fingers on the pulse in Bunbury Home sale trends. I would highly recommend her 100% she is kind yet ruthless in 'getting the job done' and was in constant contact with updates. Achieved a successful sale within 2 weeks with a great price. The best agent we have experienced - Larisa Tomuli
Larisa sold 4 beachside blocks for us at the completion of a development . She was engaging and thorough right from the beginning. She met us at the blocks when needed. Discussed strategies which all worked to have our four blocks sold. The completion of a big project and Larisa was a very important 'cog in that wheel'. Her communication was excellent and she was always readily available when needed. She is an agent with integrity, with the added benefit of great local knowledge of the area. They Made it Really Easy!
Jason had a very good understanding of what is a very difficult market. Following his advice we were able to secure a property before we listed our house. Our house sold in four days largely due to Jason's hard work and Mandi's marketing skills. We couldn't have asked for a better sales experience than that provided by "Team Cooper". They made it all really easy!

Excellent in all aspects
Larissa was an excellent agent in our quest to find a suitable property for us at Peppy Beach. We required a specific type of property which Larissa managed to find for us. All of our interactions with Larissa have been a pleasure, her manner is always friendly and professional, and any queries of ours were always answered quickly. You won't find a better agent
We purchased our investment property listed with Larisa and were so impressed with her amazing service that we chose her to sell the property some 3 years later. Selling a tenanted property is not always easy. Larisa exceed our expectations way beyond what we thought was possible all the while dealing with the tenants with minimal disruption. Only 2 home opens and two offers. You will not find a more professional and expert agent to deal with. We highly recommend Larisa as your first choice to buy or sell your property.
