If you want to buy or sell in Peppermint Grove Beach make sure to choose Larisa Tomuli to do it for you. Even if, as I was, you are selling your property from afar and unable to attend to any detail in person, Larisa will do or organise EVERYTHING. She worked on behalf as if the home was hers - she genuinely wants to achieve the best outcome and is protective of the seller AND buyer (I had a wall that needed some attention and this was pointed out, with complete honesty, to all potential buyers, including, and especially so, those that were unable to view in person. Larisa uses all the modern platforms to maximise visibility of the house to potential buyers, provides personalised viewings and advice to the buyers (she knows the area exceedingly well and has many, many years of experience and thorough knowledge of the local market trends). She liaised with the Property Manager from a different company, taking all of the pressure off of me, for the final inspections and the clear up of previous tenants, as well as key handover, attending the property and termite inspections and, of course, the final inspection for the buyer It would have been a huge inconvenience for me to do all of this from so far away, but Larisa took it all in her stride and saw the entire transaction through from the moment I first made contact, until the keys were in the hands of the buyers From personal experience, I'm also confident the buyers will have received a great welcome to the area from Larisa too
