My sincere thanks to Larisa. I really appreciate how easy (and quick) she made this process for me. I was confident Larisa would do her best to advertise and sell my property, but she still exceeded my expectations! With the property being rented, Larisa liaised directly with the tenants to arrange photos and inspections, ensured they were aware of every step along the way and was always mindful of maintaining their privacy and peace of mind. From start to finish Larisa was genuine, organised and professional, keeping me updated throughout the whole straightforward process. Above and Beyond and a Great Price
We cannot thank Jason enough for going above & beyond to sell our property. Jason is trustworthy, honest, reliable & personable. These qualities were important to us as we had to relocate interstate & left our vacated property in his hands. He kept us informed the entire time & managed to sell our property for a great price within a few days of it being listed & looked after it until settlement 60 days later. Highly Recommended
We chose Larisa as our Agent to sell land in a sub-division. The land had many challenges in terms of its location, zoning and building restrictions. Despite these challenges Larisa remained enthusiastic and committed to getting them sold for us. Despite also having some external influences (such as a pandemic!) putting obstacles in the way, Larisa adapted and got on with the job enthusiastically and with a high level of professionalism.

Could not recommend Larisa highly enough!
Larisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and part of the community. Doing more with her attitude, helpfulness and friendliness to 'sell' us on the suburb more than any sales pitch could have done. Her professionalism in what can be a very emotional and stressful time was very appreciated. If only all real estate agents could be more like Larisa! She'll be my first call if we ever need an agent in the future.
