Looking to downsize from a large Perth home to a small country cottage I was disappointed with the unavailability of these in the Margaret River area. Many were former rentals and in bad shape. After several months Anthony called me to see a beautiful new build unit - spacious 4x2 with double car garage 4 minutes to town. I did not look for units but he found the one I love that suits all my needs including outdoor space with no burdensome gardening. Forever Grateful!
