I think you all do a great job but this Inspection 4 times a year is ridiculous thats every 3 months its like there is ZERO trust when it comes to tennants I know there are a few that require it BUT i ALWAYS pay my rent and upon last 3 inspections ive had since Feb the Unit is ALWAYS immaculate I would like you to review my current lease agreement and maybe change the inspections to twice a year As it stands i travel 2 hour round trip to work each day and on inspection days i either work for 4 hours losing 3.5 hrs pay or i take the day off. I know i can allow Real Estate entry but i would prefer to be there Other than that i have no complaints Merry Christmas and i'll see you in the New Year (inspection)
