We had a great purchase experience with Luke at F&M. He went above and beyond to make our journey as less stressful as possible. No question or request was ever an issue and he'd action it straight away. He was professional, friendly, with good communication. He took our requests with empathy to the vendor, they cancelled the first open house to allow us time for due diligence. He was patient when it took longer then expected to get to exchange and liased with the vendor to organise early possession.
