My dealings with Luke, although brief, were always very friendly and I never found him to be pushy in any way. I have dealt with a LOT of agents in Coffs, and I have already mentioned his name and recommended him to a number of my friends. Natasha also was very helpful and the management rate we were offered was extremely generous, but together with my husband and son, for a number of reasons (one being loyalty after many years of management), we regretfully did not accept your very generous offer. Shane was very good at communicating to us the overall process and then following up through the sale and settlement as to what stage we were up to. Living in Adelaide meant that when my parents entered a nursing home, I had to find a real estate agent who I could trust. I was looking for a person who had great local knowledge, had my interests at heart, was understanding and most of all good communication skills.
