Shane Brooks was a standout agent, an insightful advisor, and all round wonderful to work with. Shane took on the sale of an estate property with care and compassion. He intrinsically knew how to manage progressing to market and took the odd hurdle along the way in stride. Shane handled everything he possibly could for us, especially as I was not a local and this required a lot of correspondence. The entire process felt smooth, well handled and I was never caught unawares of what was going on. Shane listened to my instructions, advised where necessary and helped us reach a sale that we are all happy with. I was actually only casually starting a search for a house. The house was lovely( in my opinion). Yvette made the process simple with regards to negotiating a price. Nothing was too much problem. I would say a nice mix of relaxed approach and professional at the same time. Very much reduced the inevitable stress from the purchase of a house- a bit of a big ticket item.
