Extremely dedicated and super friendly

I previously worked with Jess when I first bought my apartment 6 years ago. My experience back then was nothing short of amazing, so I was definitely keen to work with her again to sell my apartment. The service was even more incredible than before. She provided us with everything we needed to know well ahead of time and helped us plan out when the best time to sell was and also gave us a detailed timeline of when each stage of the selling process would happen around sellijg up until settlement. We had a whatsapp chat group with herself and her team which was super convenient as there was always someone responding within 1-2 days answering any queries we had. Through the quiet periods where we didn't need to communicate much we would still get an update on how things were progressing. Jess worked super hard with the buyer to get our asking price that we ended up selling the apartment less than 3 weeks of being on the market and got us the settlement period we needed which supperted us well in finding our next place! With that short of a timeframe of selling we couldn't believe it and are truly truly grateful for the support and hard work and dedication from herself and her team.
