Top Agent that you should, no must use!
Claire was amazing! From the first phone call inquiring about the property to the last interaction of settlement date, Claire was warm, informative, showed care at every interaction and every question was answered or dealt with. Such a great team.
Bridgette & Leanne were really fantastic with the sale of our home at Heritage Park. They were easily contactable at any time we needed to ask something. They always had our best interests in mind every time they did or said something. They both have a wealth of knowledge about what the market is doing and about all the processes of preparing and selling a home. They were always nice and down to earth. They were always cheerful and enthusiastic and willing to go that extra mile to make sure things ran smoothly. We couldn't have found better agents anywhere who would have looked after us like Leanne & Bridgette.

My partner and I met first met Claire Franklin at a time where we were in a delimia with our investment properties Claire had all the answers and took the worry away instantly we were confident that she was our saviour Claire worked tirelessly and on numerous occasions went over and beyond our expectations Claire acted on our behalf to meet key personnel on site when we could not be there Claire pointed out issues needing addressing took pride in property presentation in a very professional manner. Paperwork was also simplified and Claire spent enormous time negotionating and explained thoroughly the various procedures involved throughout both sales of our properties. No doubt about Claire's ability and I would highly recommend her for a stress free sale. We carnt thank get enough what a girl with a super passion for helping people.
