I absolutely recommend Leanne and Bridgette to take care of all your buying and selling needs! My partner and I recently purchased our very first home at Regents Park and we were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and ease it was to deal with Your Address Real Estate. I don’t think you would be able to find a better duo of real estate agents if you tried! Leanne has a warm, motherly personality that immediately puts your mind at ease and will give you honest and straight forward answers. Leanne is approachable, open and friendly and displays a keen willingness to help you as much as she possibly can. She is accommodating, allowing us to view the home after hours and even stayed later than necessary to make sure we were armed with all of the facts and answers we needed as first home buyers. She went above and beyond asking us if there were any questions that we had that she may be able to offer an insight in to. She took care of us as if we were her own children buying a house for the first time, and I think that is so incredibly rare to find in an industry such as real estate. She was helpful in making sure we understood all the jargon, cutting through all of the red tape and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Leanne never once pressured us into making a decision and was always 100% honest in all of her answers to my million and one questions. Although, I have not yet met Bridgette, we did converse over the phone a few times as we were getting documents ready to begin the contract process. Bridgette was also extremely friendly and helpful, and very thorough – she made sure all of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner and answered any other questions I had. I will also add that I really appreciated the fact that the house we purchased was exactly as photographed and described online and in brochures. There were no hidden surprises, no photoshop covering up glaring issues. The charm of the house spoke for itself. Thanks again ladies!

I can’t speak more highly of Bridgette and her professional approach. Her years of experience stand her head and shoulders above any other real estate agent I have ever met. Buying and selling a house is an emotionally draining time. Bridgette made this experience so much easier and was able to reduce the stress by staying in close contact, sharing information and making my needs feel important.
