We decided to purchase our first home as we were expecting our second child. Claire came to the rescue and helped us move in and settle before having our baby. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends) she was able to answer every question we had and was always updating us with what was happening. She made this process stress free for us and we didnt have any problems working with her. I recently purchased a property at Park Ridge South. I was extremely lucky to meet Roslyn, and have her as my Agent for purchasing the property. Nothing was too much trouble. Roslyn organised the House to be professionally cleaned, also organised a great Building inspector for me at short notice due to mine letting me down. I would gladly recommend anyone or at least go talk to her, if they are selling or buying. P.S. Roslyn is that thoughtful, the present I got given, the beers were cold.
