Stress Free and Quick
Having looked at many houses with Claire over the years when it came time to sell she was my first, and only, choice for a Realator. I knew that her experience, expertise, dedication and honesty would be the best fit for me. From my call to say I wanted to sell until the day we signed the final contract and even after settlement I was kept informed of timelines, how things were progressing and what was coming next. Claire made sure the tenants and the leasing agent were also kept informed the whole way. Bringing me multiple offers and selling the house in less than 3 days exceeded all expectations. She worked so hard to get me an amazing result. I cannot fault anything through the process and I would deal with Claire in a heartbeat again.

Exceptional service and great results
Bridgette and Leanne worked very hard to achieve a great result with the sale of our investment property. Working with Claire as our selling agent was an absolute pleasure. Claire's communication was excellent, she provided regular updates and was always available to contact. Claire is professional and genuine and made the overall experience feel seamless. We had multiple offers, Claire did a great job at juggling these and keeping all parties up to date with progress. This resulted in a great price for the apartment!

Increadable knowledge-- A-Team
A-Team...What more can I say.. Bridgette and Leanne are guns in the realestate game. After feeling very underwhelmed when speaking with other local agents, we were given Bridgette and Leanne's number from a traidie we had in our home. So glad we picked up the phone and called. They listened to our needs, and implemented them throughout the whole process. From helping staging the house literally and physically. To marketing and arranging open houses.. to selling and negotiation final sales price. The ladies exceeded our expectations +++ . I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The whole process from the initial talking to the ladies and having a contract on my house was 3 weeks. Market knowledge, area knowledge, and their years of experience showed, head and above all other agents in my area. Pick up the phone and call... im glad I did. Well done ladies. Great job!!!

Amazing Experience of Selling
Normally it’s stressful selling or buying but We had a very great experience especially with Claire and Chirmone - they are the BEST IN TOWN I wish I had a bit a time spending with them but got sold in a day or two - they went beyond their limits helpling us and the buyers too Claire was very clear from beginning.
