Annika and Aaron have built up a tremendous amount of detailed local knowledge of the McMahons Point real estate scene. Far more than any other agent, as they have not been greedy but focused on this smaller but exclusive suburb, and just do what they do brilliantly. In doing so, a vast majority of their clients become firm friends, as I have. Stone should be the one and only agent you need to talk to, their rates are competitive as well, and they know their potential buyers very well. In my first meeting with them they identified a particular couple as a potential buyer, then went to work to get them over the line, which they did, to everyone’s delight. Wonderful people, Annika cannot be faulted. I’m a big fan.
