While we both had clients that came with some "challenges" along the way - Marize was ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with, if I need further information - she got it - quickly. While she protected her vendors' interests, she always listened to my point of view - which most agents don't as their ego gets in the way, which I respected . All in all Marize was great to deal with and although she might not high profile - I woud recommend her to any vendor in the area who is looking for a professional agent who sees a sale as the start of long term relationship that a sale at any price.
