I want to share this particularly in my review: although one request can often be addressed by various agents, I've never had to repeat myself to different Stone agents because they all magically have knowledge of my inquiries before I open my mouth. I also appreciate that I've never had to chase down updates because they consistently take the initiative to keep me informed. Plus, using their dedicated app for maintenance requests or paying my rent has been such a breeze! That really speaks for their professionalism!
