Explained in detail each step required in order for the house to be ready for rental 2. Helped organised a number vendors and ensured jobs were completed on time 3. When challenged with complexities Chloe came up with options and was always positive in the approach needed to get things done 4. Chloe always took on our feedback, took notes and always followed up personally. She exceeded our expectations Originally, we intended to go with another agency, but Chloe’s passion, enthusiasm, knowledge and sheer determination to land us as a client impressed us and we are extremely happy that we went with her. Fantastic and easy service to use
Highly recommend for Stone Real Estate Beecroft! The system is excellent, it is easy to use and guides you the whole way through the process. Many thanks to my property manager Chloe Mawass, she assisted us to dressed up the property, took the professional photos, listed it and rent it out within one week! She is very professional and efficiency, she always available to help us and answer our questions promptly!

Amazing service and attention to detail
I own my own home in syd - which I am leasing out whilst living in Melb. I have needed to take a short term rental back in syd and Chloe at stone real estate has been amazing. I have dealt with a number of agents in the process of renting - both as a tenant and landlord - and Chloe is a knotch above! So professional, efficient and does what she says she is going to do. She was the first agent to ring me personally when I sent a request for a short term rental to 5-6 agents in syd. She was on the phone and discussing options. I would definitely recommend dealing with Chloe and stone agency.

Professional and helpful
