Jane was very helpful, supportive and professional from the outset.
Initially upon request, Jane Booty appraised our house for future sale! Sometime later we decided to put our property to the market. Jane attended our place promptly and outlined the options available, in regard to the method of sale and marketing. Once the contract of sale was signed, everything moved in a timely fashion. After each open home we were contacted that day and appraised of the results. This was followed up on the following Tuesday, with a very comprehensive report outlining comments and other pertinent details. We are firmly of the opinion that Jane and her team acted in a professional and astute manner at all times during the process. In fact since the sale, we have spoken to a number of friends that have used Jane's services in the past and were equally as happy.

Highly Recommended - would sell through Jane again
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jane on the sale of my property. Jane works tirelessly, is the ultimate real estate professional, knows the market and is a great communicator. Once engaged she went beyond her scope to ensure the renovation, marketing and final presentation of the property were first rate. Jane not only looked after my interests as a vendor, but also those of the buyer to ensure there was a win win outcome. My other observation is that Jane has built a team around her that provide great backup and support, it is a credit to her and those at Stone Real Estate.

The Most Outstanding Agent
Jayne has a deep understanding of the property market in the area and is a seasoned proffesional at working with both sides. Making sure she has the Vendors interests looked after while accomodating any buyers needs and giving them the full understanding of what they are purchaing and the benefits in doing so. It is refreshing to have such an important transaction in the hands of such a capable trust worthy professional. Viviane & STONE are amazing
Our first interaction with Viviane was more to accommodate us after the inspection time for a property we wanted to have a look at. Viviance could have told us to come for the next inspection but she rather made time to meet us in the afternoon to show us. She was in touch through out the many inspections to find out our interest levels. Although we were budgeted she did not leave us put of the whole equation. She was available in the whole process to answer every question and at no point was she inaccessible and sometimes it meant we were speaking very late in the day. She kept her doors open even if it was late. I think what makes her different is that she works with you throughout the process. She clearly knows what to expect out of you and the vendors she represents and make the journey very easy for each party. I am glad we met each other. We highly recommend Viviane and Stone.
