It was a very hard and stressful decision to make leaving our beautiful home to downsize to a retirement village. Jane and her colleague Vivianne were extremely professional and didn’t impose any pressure on us to sell our home. They both exceeded our expectations as property agents. They kept us informed and always returned any phone calls and kept us updated with what was mentioned during the open house inspections. They even had private inspections on public holidays to work in with clients. Jane also stayed in contact with the retirement village so we wouldn’t lose the villa that we had chosen which I thank Jane for all the effort that was involved. Viviane worked extremely hard alongside her colleague Jane to sell our property. They both exceeded our expectations as property agents. even made private appointments of Public Holidays. They made us feel comfortable throughout every step of the selling process, were punctual, followed up on any questions that we had, and kept the lines of communication about each open house and individual property inspections. They went beyond to offer inspections on the occasional Sunday and public holiday in an effort to secure the sale. They both always found the time to receive phone call no matter how busy they were with other clients and never applied any pressure for us to make decisions about the sale.
