We chose a less-than-ideal time to list our Hope island apartment, Mid-December, leading to Christmas and New Year holidays etc. Despite this, thanks to the diligent efforts of the team at Stone Real Estate, Coomera, the apartment was sold quickly for a very acceptable figure. From the moment we walked into the open home until we got our SOLD photo in front of the street sign, Shane, Andrew, and Ashleigh provided amazing professional service. We had been hunting for a house for about five months, navigating real estate agent games and deception, and I was almost ready to give up on the search. But our experience with Stone Real Estate Coomera was nothing short of refreshing. Shane was straightforward, answered my questions without ambiguity, and was very polite. When the time eventually comes, we won't hesitate to pick the team at Stone Real Estate Coomera to sell our house. We were that happy that we got them to manage our old home as a rental. The funny thing is, if it were any other agent that looks at me like I'm just another number, we would never have considered buying this house if it wasn't for my random pop-in to the open home during a drive past. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Shane as both a Buyer and a Seller. The reason I chose him as a seller was because he left a really positive note in my memory from the buying experience. This is exactly what you want when you sell! Someone who takes the time to give a potential buyer a really positive experience. I remember as a buyer I was very put off by agents that had poor knowledge on the property, or had little to no interest in you or your questions. Shane made you feel cared about and like he was working for you too. As a Seller I couldn't be happier, he achieved above market value for my home and did it very quickly - 8 days. He is very easy to deal with, as are the rest of his team. I would 100% recommend him and will use him and his team again.
