After a very brief period on the market Andrew came through with an amazing price with the right client who inspected our place once and then made the above expectations offer. Whilst not necessarily Andrew's preferred method of sale he listened to our needs and agreed to help us sell our property in an off market campaign. Andrew sold my Mum's house in Kincumber NSW. My Mum is 87 and needed an Agent that could assist her with every step that needed to be taken to get a successful outcome. Thanks to Andrew we had a really positive experience buying our new house in Copacabana.
