But Andrew’s friendly approachable style made me feel confident in participating in the auction. Andrew demonstrated incredible patience and consideration in all of his communication with us throughout our purchase. He was super helpful with arranging inspections not only prior to purchase but also for builders quotes prior to completion. After a very brief period on the market Andrew came through with an amazing price with the right client who inspected our place once and then made the above expectations offer. Whilst not necessarily Andrew's preferred method of sale he listened to our needs and agreed to help us sell our property in an off market campaign. We realize that not participating in a full 4 week auction campaign we may have limited the final result, but we are extremely happy with the way it all worked out and thank Andrew for his friendly, helpful and knowledgeable disposition.

Andrew sold my Mum's house in Kincumber NSW. My Mum is 87 and needed an Agent that could assist her with every step that needed to be taken to get a successful outcome. He assisted with providing a Conveyancer, briefed the Stylist with requirements and visited or called Mum every few days to make sure she was up to date to what was happening. Mum was very impressed with Andrew's professionalism and support. The house sold above the reserve, so she is very happy!

Thanks to Andrew we had a really positive experience buying our new house in Copacabana. Not only was Andrew’s local knowledge extensive but nothing was too much trouble and he made himself always available to make sure things progressed smoothly. He seamlessly managed communication between us and the vendors which made for an easy and happy experience for both sides. A particularly nice touch was his thoughtfulness on settlement day with a note and a gift making the move in very positive. I would say make Stone Real Estate your starting point when buying or selling property in the area.
