One word perfectly sums up Andrew: SOLD!!!. Yes Andrew and his extended team are professional, have a great eye for detail, will treat you with honesty and respect, will keep you informed at all stages of the sales/purchase process; but lets face it at the end of the day you are either in the market to sell your property or purchase a property and the one word you want above all others is SOLD. Andrew has one of the best "senses" for the market I have come across. He sets a realistic sales/purchase price so you can move forward with confidence. With Andrew his handshake is his bond. Ohh and he's a really nice guy to boot. So if your in the market to sell or purchase a property and with the current fluctuations in the market you want someone you can trust to get you the right price and take the "stress" out of your sale/purchase. When we were looking at selling our property one of the questions we asked of was “why should we go with you?” Andrew thought about this and one of the things he said that stood out was a comment he made about his integrity. During the sale process of our property Andrew has acted true to his word and worked with the utmost integrity. He was honest, and kept us informed at all times throughout the sale process. We put our house on the market at the beginning of what is likely to be an ongoing difficult time in the real estate industry and while we have had some ups and downs totally out of Andrew’s control, he really was worked exceptionally hard, including what would be considered ‘out of hours’ for most of us, to secure a sale for us.
