We've enjoyed a terrific experience with Andrew, which has lasted over 7 years. He sold us our place in 2019 and then helped us build short-term holiday rentals. It has been a very successful investment, even through COVID where he and his team worked hard to secure medium term tenants. The revenue from rentals were strong, and we also had time to stay in our property during quieter periods and enjoy everything Copacabana has to offer. This sales process, which occurred this last month, has been incredibly efficient. From deciding to sell to exchanging with the new owner was a five week process. It was lightening fast. Andrew and Samantha moved very quickly to match the pace we were looking for. The sales process, while emotional and tricky, was professionally, pragmatically, and polished. When reviewing the marketing booklet we felt the team correctly represented the special lifestyle offered by our old house and great memories we take away.
