Samantha Washington

I found both the principal, Christel Renton, and her staff member Samantha Washington, very friendly and also professional. I trusted these women to sell my property, and they did not disappoint me. They understood the time pressure I was under, to get a quick sale in order to move on to the retirement village where I had placed a deposit on a particular unit.

Samantha provided an excellent experience in selling the property. She had a strong commitment from the start and was professional, attentive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I highly recommend Samantha.

Samantha Washington always professional polite phone and in person thank you for making the process easy

Samantha managed to convince me to put my personal taste in design aside and created a more modern, mainstream neutral look that helped to sell my house in three weeks when it had sat on the market for months prior. Her eye to detail and her helpful and calm approach made the process easy. My home looked bigger and more generic so that buyers could enjoy the experience imagining their own vision. I would use Samantha Washington and stone real estate again in a heartbeat. Also my poodle fell in love with her!!!

Buying with Samantha was comparable to having a bestie on the business. Though taking care of and representing her vendor, Samantha also showed genuine interest in my needs and interests and communicated openly and honestly throughout the negotiation and purchase process and was particularly reassuring when some major hiccups arose. Highly recommend.

Sam and Andrew were a great team. Nothing was too challenging and they were prompt with communication and process. They were very easy and friendly to deal with as a buyer and made the process very smooth. They were excellent to deal with.
