Andrew Thomson of Stone Real Estate Copacabana, did a wonderful job, in selling my mum’s home, that has been in our family for over 36 years. His knowledge on the current market, and up to date feedback made it easy for us to get the property sold. Andrew had it on the market for only a couple of weeks, and it was sold. Good result for Excellent work

There’s always ups and downs buying or selling. The various levels of anxiety experienced by all the vested interests- vendor, buyer, banks, solicitors and add to that all the random advice you get along the way. Andrews handling of all this was calming, respectful and above all honest, and his thorough knowledge, experience and prompt communication kept everyone on the same page. Buying or selling you couldn’t find a better agent than Andrew Thompson.

I had been looking in the Copacabana market for several months, didn’t want to rush my real estate purchase. Andrew really has this market covered. He was always accessible and responded to any concerns we had ASAP. Felt with Andrew he had much higher integrity, a more sincere sales mentality and total honesty then some of the other agents we have come by over the years. It was always a pleasure to deal with Andrew and we would not hesitate to recommend him to any other Buyers or Sellers in the Central Coast area when looking for the qualities in an agent just mentioned.

I found Andrew to be a rare bird in the Real Estate environment. What you see is what you get.......A throughly decent person. Andrew has a strong appreciation of the area and its value. He is honest, ethical and very much goes the extra mile for his clients. He was extreamly professional throughout the process. He handled a very difficult purchaser well, jumping thru his hoops to get the sale over the line.

Andrew had a very good handle on the market. Like most selling we had an expectation higher than the market however we discussed and agreed on a starting point that suited us and was more in line with the current market conditions. andrew stayed in touch regularly although the house basically sold within a few days.

I found Andrew to be an honest, ethical and "what you see is what you get" person. I knew I could get an honest answer from him and really that is all you want to receive when you are trying to purchase a house. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to sell a property.
