I endorse the review by my wife Di submitted last week. Our apartment in St Leonards was on the market from January to June, and David finally achieved a sale on 18 June. It had been a drawn out frustrating process with so many interested buyers but many changes of mind. The apartment was open for inspection Saturdays and Wednesdays during that period, and David gave us feedback after every inspection and we appreciate David's close attention and feedback. David communicated with us frequently keeping us fully informed about how the sale of our property was going - the response to open house sessions, how many people expressed interest and took contracts as well as those who came to more than one opening.
