Being an owner of other investment properties I have had my fair share of both good and bad property managers over the years. With that being said I cannot speak highly enough of Margaret and the exceptional property management she provided. As a senior property manager Margaret continually demonstrated an extensive understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, and always had open communication with both landlord and tenant. Margaret was very responsive to all emails and was also readily available to speak with on the phone if and when this was required, this ensured that any maintenance issues no matter how big or small were always promptly managed. Margaret understands the needs of both landlord and tenant and her customer service skills are second to none, she is an exemplar of property management and I cannot recommend her as part of your property management team highly enough. Your property will be in very safe hands.
