Real estate angel !!!

I would like to express my gratitude to Ian Clarke for his help in the sale of my unit in Mona Vale. I have been very ill and moved 400 km from Sydney and needed to sell my unit. It all felt like more than I could manage. I felt so confident working with Ian, it was like a huge load had been lifted from my shoulders. Ian fulfilled his role as my real estate agent far beyond my expectations. He helped so much with the process leading up to the sale and managed the sale negotiations with great skill. I wouldn't have received such a good price for my unit without Ian's experience and commitment. At all times it felt like he really had my best interests at heart, kept me informed throughout the process, was respectful of my needs, and yet also professional and pragmatic. As a single female, I sometimes find men difficult to work with but working with Ian but it was a joy. I can't recommend him highly enough. Many, many, many thanks Ian (and team)!
