I needed to get coucil approval for some outstanding building issues & David remained supportive throughout what turned into a complex journey.He recommended excellent tradesman to assist & provided a good knowledge of council expectations & market conditions. Good marketing knowledge and easy to work with

Easy to work with David had to work hard to make this sale. After low interest in the property after two weeks, he recommended a change in approach, which flushed out more interest and the eventual buyer. His marketing knowledge enabled me to obtain a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Apart from his knowledge, David was very easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the sale process. I have no hesitation in recommending David.
