Rhys and Amanda were both incredibly professional and supportive throughout the time of our listing through to and beyond the sale of our property. Always on the front foot with communication and keeping us across interest in the property and viewings. Highly recommended local agents.

From the moment we engaged with Rhys & Amanda their approach was very genuine and professional. They kept us up to date regularly . We could not have asked for a better Team. We were very impressed with the whole process during the sale of our property. We highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking to sell or purchase.

It was such a refreshing experience dealing with Rhys! He is always so polite and respectful, proactive and passionate about his job, and goes the extra mile each time to ensure potential buyers got a good sense of the property. We bought and sold the same property through Rhys and each time he took the time to walk through the entire property (all 65 acres!) He even took us, and our prospective buyers, through bush and thick scrub to the old convict constructed stone wall. He came to know our property as if it was his own and never cut corners. We would highly recommend Rhys if you are considering selling, particularly a large country property such as ours.

The sale of my hillside block of land was never going to be easy, particularly with a difficult neighbour to also contend with. Rhys commitment to selling my $100k block far exceeded my expectations. Rhys went above and beyond even when presented with ongoing challenges to secure a sale for me and for a price I am extremely happy. I highly recommend Rhys and team, he is honest, hardworking, genuine, excellent communicator and 110% committed to his clients.

It is not often that a client from whatever walk of life could profess to be 100% happy with the goods or services that they receive. In RHYS COLES I discovered a gem of an agent who went way beyond any expectations in helping to ready my property (located in a seriously off road location), for market. Through his support and his extensive knowledge of both the market and the offerings in the Hawkesbury, I was able to realise my price in what must be a record! A mere 1½ days from posting on line to obtaining the contract signature! People often rave on about 'commitment' without showing any. However Rhys Coles not only demonstrated total commitment but added a lovely demeanour as well. Great combination. Great Guy. Great result .

We are very grateful for his expertise & market knowledge.
