Excellent knowledge

Very 'down to earth'
Peter's knowledge of the local market was true and correct. He has good contacts in the area and was very helpful in getting the property ready for selling, and after a very quick sale was again very helpful in finalising everything so we were ready for settlement. Very 'down to earth" guy, that doesn't give false advice and or/hope. Beware of his sense of humour....can sometimes be a bit whacky!!

Peter's knowledge of the local area is second to none matched by his communication skills.
Peter kept in touch with us for almost 12 months - each time a home that met our specific needs came onto the market he would arrange inspections that suited us. Always more than happy to assist and oblige. He researches each property so you get your queries answered on the spot as opposed to driving away and having doubts about purchasing that property. Buying a house is meant to be one of the most stressful times in life according to every home owner I talk to but the process of buying my first home was actually a dream. Denise was always very professional, kind and accessible, and made me feel cared for, listened too and understood. She answered all my questions promptly and calmed my nerves by keeping me appropriately updated and offered reassurance. She is very knowledgeable and never made me feel like any question was a silly one or that I was imposing. I feel very lucky to have the pleasure of Denise as the realestate agent who handled my property that I bought. Denise was a pleasure to deal with, we live in Sydney and always felt comfortable with Denise who struck some issues with our unit but just kept going the extra mile which made life easy for us. Communication was always there with potential buyers and issues we had with a local agent who had looked after the unit as a rental, she was always eager to assist and we thank her for all her help.
