It took some time to sell our house as the quality of the home was superior to others but many potential buyers were using cheaper homes to substantiate low ball offers. Anthony used his network to identify active buyers and pulled in a specific buyer to view the home one which he knew would appreciate its quality features which ultimately led to selling the home in the price range we required. Danielle took our property on without hesitation, more than that she assisted with smart decisions regarding what to do, or not do to the property to get it ready for sale. She kept us up to date with the entire process, she was always available for us to chat to, and thankfully not only did we sell on the first day, we sold for more than what we expected. Danielle stayed in communication with us throughout the cooling off period, as well as throughout settlement, I could tell she was doing the same for the purchaser which was reassuring she was just as good to them as she was to us, as we knew that without the purchaser we had no sale.
