Hands down … the best real estate agent we’ve ever dealt with. Completely opposite to the real estate agent stereotype. Anthony was nothing but genuine, trustworthy, honest, punctual and reliable. He demonstrated professionalism throughout the whole process and dealt with buyers in a way that naturally would’ve attracted them. He was never pushy nor did he ever have a hidden agenda. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Anthony for any property sale and would definitely use him for any future sales!

Andrew was absolutely fantastic & a pleasure to deal with through the entire Selling process. He has great knowledge of the market and kept us well-informed throughout and was quick to reply to any (and there was many) of our questions. After many months of perusing the property market and seeing a vast array of marketing styles by a number of different agents we decided that Stone real estate ticked all of our boxes. After sending an online enquiry through their easy to navigate website, we truly found gold as we were contacted immediately by Andrew who took the time out of his busy schedule to chat to us over the phone. Andrew made us feel human and not just another “churn and burn” listing often seen with the larger property groups. Even after our first phone call, we certainly felt that andrew was part of the family as he took the time to genuinely build rapport and make us feel at ease during such a stressful period. At andrew’s listing presentation it was abundantly evident that we had made the right decision, as Andrew’s proposed marketing campaign for our property was outlined succinctly and without industry jargon that would have confused us. It was also evident that Andrew was extremely organised which made us feel at ease knowing that our biggest asset was in capable hands. In the lead up to our open home, we had professional photographs taken which exceeded our expectations. Andrew subsequently began our marketing campaign by uploading our property to many online platforms which was great as everything is online in todays world. Andrew was also able to extrapolate data from realestate.com and advise us of how many users had liked and/or saved our property. On the day of the open, Andrew was at our home early and eased our nerves which were high. Upon our return andrew clearly outlined which parties were interested and advised us of the next steps. After receiving offers on our home the same day as the open, andrew worked well into Saturday night negotiating for us in order to get the best price possible and balancing both us and the buyer. Throughout our journey we were never left wondering what was happening and never had to call Andrew to request an update.
