From the word go, I could tell that Andrew had the professionalism, great communication skills and knowledge of the market. He hires one of the best photographers I have seen which displayed our house in the best possible way and gave it an edge over the rest of the houses in the area. Andrew explained everything in the contract in plain English and gave us plenty of time to think and decide on the sale. Andrew is a very calm person who would listen to every word you say then he would answer any questions you ask him. He was also spot on with the sale price which shows how much he knows the market. He even got us a better price than expected and we were very happy with the result. I would recommend Andrew and his team to any seller or buyer because they know their business inside out and they know how to communicate with people. To us Andrew and his team are not just our real estate agents, but we became good friends during the sale of our house and we are glad we met him. Great results and a very happy vendor. 😀
