Buyers and Sellers beware. EXTREMELY poor communication, made settlement deals with our potential buyers without our consent - we turned up to sign a contract and amendments were made without our approval. We were left but with no choice to sign. I have sold homes before, and this agency never provided me with appropriate reports following any open home. I had to contact them for feedback on how it went, chasing them up after every weekend. I also felt as though they were working for the buyer and not on my behalf as a seller - just felt like another number, another property they wanted to get off the market at whatever cost. I would never recommend selling my home through Starr Partners Windsor. Very disappointed.

He was available at all hours to chat and offer insight into the changing market and even his knowledge on what we should do in our minimal renovations, landscaping and decor to sell for the top price. His expertise really helped us to minimise the time and expense to get it ready for sale and most importantly - the stress. Starr are also a great team who look after you from start to finish They put together a fantastic video and slick photography that enabled us to reach 1000s translating to 100s of enquiries and we sold within a week for more then the average price in the area.

Lyn and Adam are fantastic. Simple word. Overused maybe. Describes them perfectly. When the solicitors caused issues - sorted. Something needed to make the sale move smoothly - sorted. Never any trouble and always quick to respond. The service was so good that after 6 months looking for a property I had to write to the Master Franchisee about the superb service.

After multiple attempts to purchase a property we now can call our own we were told by Lyn Earle at Starr partners windsor that there were “higher bidders” then us by phone call only, we were then forced to place higher bids in which we were successful and signed contracts under the vendors terms of having no cooling off period, We agreed and signed the contracts only to then be informed there were still to be an open home in the property the next weekend to allow more potential buyers to come in make a higher offer then us. Luckily for my partner and I there were tenants in the property at the time that wouldn’t allow it and it gave Adam buchert and his team no more time to get any higher bids leading the vendor no choice but to sign the contract as well. This isn’t the first time start partners has done this and I Personally think it is morally wrong and just down right greedy
