Cathy and her team at Walton’s are what all Real Estate agencies should aspire to be. Cathy is a straight shooter, is spot on with advice, and makes herself available to talk about rentals and sales at all hours. I know. I’ve seen the times at which she responds to text or email. I had my property rented with Walton’s as managers for three years and never had an issue which they didn’t solve promptly. Communication is key and they are exemplary in that regard. I then sold my property through Walton’s and achieved a very good price in the middle of a Covid outbreak. Again communication and attention to detail was exemplary.
