Adam, Gaby and the Starr Partners Windsor staff were great to deal with throughout our sale process. Adam gave us excellent advice from the outset about the timing of taking our house to market, how to position and market it, and both he and Gaby kept in close contact during the sale period with feedback from potential buyers. We haven't been frequent real estate transactors but of the agencies we've dealt with, Starr Partners Windsor have been the best and easiest to work with. We would definitely work with them again in the future if the opportunity arose.

My experience in dealing with Adam was extremely poor. I have bought and sold a lot of properties but Adam was by far the most disinterested and lazy agent I have dealt with. His team charged me for the advertising I requested, then applied a cheaper option. I had to threaten taking them to dept of fair trading to get them to do the right thing. They were just terrible to deal with.

Adam is the go to man! Ive known him for a little while now and he knows the local market back to front. He has also proven to be quite the pro at predicting market trends. There was no questions asked who was going to sell my home. It did take time to sell but we received constant feedback and buyer updates which helped the process along. When it came time to offers we were always encouraged to do what we wanted as owners, never pressured but received the right information to help us make our decisions.
