We get to know Geraldine in a local property auction. She's get chatty with my parent and possess a huge amount of knowledge regarding local property market. When time comes for us to sell, her name appears naturally. She guided us through the whole preparation, giving suggestions sometimes seems hard to achieve but eventually proven to support the sales strongly. What I like most about the experience, is she's so proactively active on updating us everything, including regular open house, inspection on bookings, all communications she had with potential buyer etc. I do not need to add any reminder in my busy calendar to follow up.
