Selling an existing residential home to downsize to a 2-bedroom apartment can be overwhelming. It invariably involves major decluttering and extensive disposal of household and garden assets. In our case, this was exacerbated by a short deadline to vacate the property. What a hectic and stressful period! However, Choon and I are extremely happy that the property was sold off-market just before listing, saving marketing costs and probably, time on a couple weeks of open inspections. From the start of the project, Di and Dean have shown the highest levels of professionalism, organisation and local knowledge in guiding us to readying the house to be listed.
