I had spoken to Gerladine six months prior to the sale based on her sales records of 1 bedders and it was unbelievable. And it makes sense, how she has expanded her sales since then. She was very committed and ensured to follow through with me till I was ready to sell. We did a pre-inspection before going live and all her tips for the makeover worked in my favor, I really appreciate her experience in knowing exactly what a buyer looks for. Due to her friendly and down to earth nature, she has a huge client base which ultimately helped us find the right buyer for my apartment, within one week of 2 inspections ONLY! I am also grateful to every advice she provided during the negotiation stages, she handled tough decisions so seamlessly. As buyers we have our own strong opinions about our properties however, I felt that she was able to talk me through negotiations with such ease, made me feel comfortable to make the right decision.
