Matthew was polite and personable. He had a really good system of placing little bits of helpful information about the property and its location around the open house which made things a lot easier in the initial search. One area that was disappointing on the communication front was that in some instances when he said he would be in contact on a certain day or time, I had to follow him up. This would have been less of a disappointment if he wasn’t so persistent with requests for me to write him a review. In this area his communication certainly wasn’t lacking. I feel that I have had more communication from him about me writing him a review than I have about everything else we have communicated about put together.
